All 3D models are hosted in the internet cloud, so that we can manage, edit, and share them to the world.
Snapshot creation
The max resolution is (4k) 4096 x 2388, ideal for online use but appear lower in quality than traditional still photos. We recommend including still photography.
Labels
Call out bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and bonus rooms.
Mattertag
Annotate, inform, engage - tag posts allow you to provide context within Spaces by anchoring tweet-sized text to points in 3D space.
Measurements
With the 3D models, you can request for simple measurements. Dimensions are accurate to within 99%. You have the option to order 2D or 3D floor plans .
HIDE ROOMS
You have the option to remove rooms or scan positions before we complete and publish the 3D model.

We track each models activity statistics and metrics.

2D and 3D floor plans can be requested at a flat rate of $50/floor plan. Turn-around time of 2-4 business days.
Large properties and multi-buidling properties require addtional 3D models and hosting.
You have the option to extend pass the 6 months of Free hosting.
Outer Island travel will be factored into the projects and billed at the actual cost.
